"Ideas" lol that's right, stop asking questions, join the military and don't be one of those free thinkers! That's not a jab at the military either, I've got nothing but the utmost respect for those brave men and women, more so poking fun at the fact people from that era seemed to think it was literally the only option, especially for men. I'm glad people decided to do different things with their lives, it's a large reason there's been such huge advancements made in just about every field that exists, some that unintentionally have even helped the U.S. military too so a win win.

Yup. The old guy was speaking the truth, but two goody goodies like Mallory and Reed just didn't want to hear it.

So what's a normal person? A drone who's had the joy and creativity beaten out of him or her by a boring and soul-crushing industrial economic system that only cares about GDP?

My grandpa had those on his car in the 1970's. He also would tie a red piece of material around the antenna of the car so he knew which car was his in a big parking lot. Those were some good days back then.
