If the agent cannot do it, it means he cannot do it!! ducking hell!!!! we also have had customers awaiting overnight replacement orders waiting for 1month due to the manager at warehouse leaving (&destroying the cabinets/section for products) and we were only given the excuse 'we cannot escalate anything because if we do it will become a back log, so in a polite way a SHUTUP CALL TO ESCALATE on behlaf of customer's inconvenienec, NOW YOU BASTARD REPLY TO THIS COMMENT!

Excellent advice Pracacaca, We also recommend keeping the composure and control these negative words. That's obviously what you have to do in a professional company. Nonetheless, this isn't the case. Our channel is not customer-service-oriented, because we don't teach customer service. Our channel is focused on real scenarios, so people can build enough experience and vocabulary to face this kind of situations. Unfortunately 😂 most of the jobs out there don't support agents, let alone provide good customer service. And that's not agents' problem, it's a company's problem. You can take this conversation as the best example. The agent tries to help within his possibilities, but he's limited by the company infrastructure. (resources, assets, staff, time, availability) So, how would you feel if you were in this agent's shoes? So, in a situation like this, you don't have neither the time nor the willing to mind your vocabulary in terms of protecting your company. You only want to let the customer knows that there is nothing you can do at the moment, and it's not your fault. Bear in mind that the customer won't let you speak, will treat you bad, will belittle you, and nobody can deal with that. Even if it is something you were taught and goes in accordance with the trainings companies usually offer and sell as something "unbreakable and professional" . If companies don't want to lose customers, they need to offer best customer service, and don't simply expect that their agents will be careful about the vocabulary used. If you have the professionalism to keep up with this kind of situations minding the proper vocabulary in order to respect the "best-golden-rule"... You won't probably have to use your professionalism since you would be working for one of the top-notch companies that offer superb customer service and pay you good enough to deal with prestigious customers that never face such bad customer service. Thanks for dropping a comment.
@maureenavilaz.95862 жыл бұрын
Well said! It's not about being professional or not. At the end we have to say no, because the company don't want to be flexible, so why do I have to mind my words deceiving the customer?

Hi there Mauricio. First and foremost thanks a million for the support and nice words towards our work. And about Emmanuel... Well, nobody actually knows his whereabouts 😂 Our theory is that he's having a Piña-colada, lying on a hammock somewhere in Hawaii. 😂 Jokes aside... He's been very busy Mau.
