Dear Melissa, Thanks for taking the time to write your feedback. It is so important to me as the person who designs the sequences to have this constructive and nurturing dialogue both on and off the mat. More creative and releasing sequences are coming soon. Stay tuned and much gratitude to you, too!

Interesting moves, although I find the binds pretty challenging.

Feel free to modify them accordingly to your needs so they still tickle your fancy, but also provide the deep nourishment that bind usually do The cross-lateral meridian integration is pretty deep in this sequence. I will heed your comment and try to simplify them and break them down better next time. Thanks for shining your light and teaching around!

It can be a bit difficult to follow sometimes as it usually puts the finger on my need to be/do things perfectly haha... so worth it to keep at it though. Beautiful, healing and so creative. Thank you!

Wow what a wonderful sequence. So creative!! It's refreshing to do something different to the standard vinyasa. My hips feel great now (I was pretty angry and wound up today!) Thank you for posting :-)

Dear Helen, Thanks for your candid comment. I am so glad you felt refreshed and pushed out of your comfort zone to explore some new transitions and forge some new connections in the brain. Feel free to try out other Yogea routines depending on your mood and target. There's plenty of them and they are all creative, organic, and yes "refreshing"! Have a beautiful day ahead! Namaste!

Lovely sequence... I plan to do often... many new forms that my body just loved (and hated).

Dear Kellyann, You put is so well. Yoga is sometimes a tug of war between the push and pull, the loved and hated. While creating the poses I felt the same - this feels good, and the other one is rather challenging and puts me out of my comfort zone, so I keep on working on that too. Thank you for this lovely exchange of insight and inspiration. It is so rewarding. Namaste!

Try it out and the body will find it easy as it is very organic once you start doing it. Yoga is based on a seamless flow where the body naturally makes the calls and the mind follows. Try out different routines to soak up the benefits of this singular style. Thank you for practicing with Yoga Yoga. Namaste!

Thank you for being creative and modifying. Yes, it is important to fit the routine in your body and it does require some fine-tuning on the user's part. If you visit recent posts select the level that you are comfortable with, but also keep on challenging yourself with some new poses and binds. It will reset your body and rewire your brain. Namaste!

Not very helpful. No adaptations for less flexible people. Went too fast to explain what was most important about each pose.

Thanks so much for this constructive comment. Will make, Tori! Will make sure to reshoot this particular video providing clearer instructions and zeroing in on each pose - both its specific alignment and benefits. Namaste!
