I have been trying yoga. I am no expert…. Very far from it but I am feeling better because of it. Yoga and that sort of movement has brought me here too and I have started to gradually include more movement. They are so complementary and feel really good. As a 49 year old bloke it’s high time to be doing some movement instead of weights and treadmill. Can’t recommend this type of stuff enough to men.

Love your positivity. Injuries have a lot to teach indeed, make a video please. I had a serious neck injury a few months ago. First reaction was to be miserable and complain. Then I chilled in the park and decided to build a healthy strong neck. Now I understand better how the neck works and can do a wrestlers bridge as well.

I love your stretching and strengthening routines as well as your intellectual endeavors. Your reading Jordan Peterson is the acme of coolness and intellectualism. Nothing better than a strong body and a strong mind. Thank you! BTW, are you in Austin? I live in A-Town too and although I love this city, I've seen it degrade over time. It's still a beautiful city, though, and has great energy. I have faith that it will overcome its obstacles (primarily voting out the city leaders), and I hope you are loving life here. Welcome!

I'm making time to complement Strength Side team ,for knowing tendencies to forget finer points about movement in general. I've especially widened ROM stretching to open where closed. Also can mirror the validation Strength Side being in line with out and about Mother Earth or Ocean's Places is why we want strength. Us kids fighting wasps nests as a kid. haha tests stealth, arm strength to hold your wasp javelin spear, aim and hit wasp nest turn and run like hell for a half mile. That was just the beginning of how fortunate in getting to know Mother Earth. I incorporated portions off more than one of your lessons and immediately felt the muscle memory of a more limber time haha. Thanks for your style and grace.

Yessir Bboy here, ive followed ypur strength and mobilty stretches and its done wonders for me As for your hamd spins: for your rotations whip your leg, the same way you started to go up already except, drop the other hand and continue that over and over. A lil trick is to spin for a quarter rotation on your palm, then go up to 50 75 then full rotation. I hope this helps. 💪🏽⚓️ Bboy FaCce Project 401 RI

Cannabis is a big negative on the vast majority of people. I've never been too into it myself, but I've known lots of heavy smokers, and cannabis was a drain on every one of their lives. If you're feeling better without it, that tells you everything you need to know. It's a vice, period.
