Will these fit a Jay Turser JT300 s style without having to drill the holes in headstock bigger?

The Jay Turser has tuners with a nut of the front of the headstock, and not press in bushings, correct? If that's the case, you'll want the Guitar Tuner Upgrade Kit for 6 Inline Guitars (non vintage). It should be a direct fit!

@@hipshot Thank you, it looks like a nut but actually looks like a threaded bushing when the nut part is unscrewed. I will double check anyway. Thanks again.

Hotshot I have a Gretsch G5232T Electromatic Double Jet Guitar and want to get chrome locking tuners, but I need to know if there is a set of 3x3 that suits my guitar, can you please tell me or send me a Link to which one's I need to order and how much they are in Australian dollars?

I looked online and the G5232 looks like it has modern style (10mm) tuners. You will want the 3+3 tuner upgrade kit for 10mm headstock holes. hipshotproducts.com/collections/guitar-tuning-machines/products/guitar-tuner-upgrade-kits-3-3-headstocks
