Hiring a Bookkeeper? Don’t Do This.

Hi, how do you account for mortgage payments made by property manager for the owner? Is it a liability decrease or simply owner withdrawal?

Hi! Thanks for watching!!! Great question. Everyone is a bit different depending on the scope...For just a couple properties...probably a few hundred per week. I suggest starting to talk to a few....As with everything...some are better than others. NOTE - Our marketplace will be live soon! I think Nick meant a few hundred a month. It is usually based on the complexity and size of your portfolio as well as the specific services the person is providing to you.
