I know he's not an anime character, but I would've put Joker in from Persona 5. In 5 he learned how to master coffee and got good at curry and then in Strikers he mastered curry and learned how to make a bunch of other stuff and the whole squad loves it.

After watching Today's Menu for the Emiya Family, I would want Shirou in my fantasy kitchen. I'd also hire Kuro (Restaurant to Another World) as a server because she's great at her job and is also a Dragon God which could come in handy.

The head chef should’ve been Tonio and his stand Pearl Jam. The food he makes is really good, but he also makes sure that it’s really healthy and rejuvenating for you, so if you were to go and order something at that restaurant, and Tonio made it, you would eat it and all your problems will go away.
