I wish more organizations were using a six sigma approach to set up and run their hiring processes. By starting with the right job specifications (candidate requirements) and then identifying the methods and tools to collect candidate information related to the job specifications, people can focus on why to hire, not why not to hire. This reduces turnover and aids retention.
