Just as Japanese idols never reveal the terms of their contract, I think a lot of the rules and conditions that apply to Japanese talent are hidden. Also some individuals may come from families with more powerful insider connections than others have. You can't necessarily infer what's going on with one talent by comparing their situation to how another talent was treated. (Eg Kimura Takuya was able to marry at 28 with no apparent damage to his career. Other idols who married youngish apparently weren't so lucky. The public will never know what happens behind the scenes.)

SINCERELY, there are 1 character of Alice in Borderland that is Chishiya which remind me to this guy. Both character of Chishiya and Tendou Souji (portrayed by Hiro) have calm personality. IF Hiro appear in Alice in Borderland, maybe he will portray a character with same calm personality. Also, he maybe become a friend as well as rival to character Chishiya due to both of them have calm personality and smart

This actor is my favorite and hes real chill. I check out his youtube stuff and hes not exactly the perfectionist that kabuto presented itself. With his own cooking videos where he does things in a way like hes new to it.

Souji came in terms with himself and realised that accepting in Your own imperfections and try to balance it out is better than keep seeking for an impossible ideal of perfection wich only leads to the feeling of unsuccessfulness.
