Hiroi Seiji is a very old school Koi breeder/Dealer.
He does breed his own Kohaku but he travels Japan buying Koi at auctions and direct from the breeders. He can pick Tosai and they always turn out into high class very special Koi! He is known for having a great eye for Koi.
I have been buying from him for many years, he's a great guy! He likes nothing more than a chat and a cup of tea!!

That last pond is interesting because you can see they aren't all from the same breeder. Its easy to see many different beni types where normally there is usually just one or two in a pond like that at other breeders.

Went to Japan in 1997 and bought some fish- Sanke (yes Sanke) from Isa, and some other dealers. Showa or a "New House"?- give us an approximate idea of what a Showa or Sanke shown in this video might cost in today's prices...!
