That's exactly the reaction I had when I first saw them..SMOKES! I was speechless - who can play like that? She is phenomenal and the guitarist is fantastic too. I've followed her career ever since. I loved Anthony Jackson's comment about her a few years later - "She's a 100% solid gold plated genius". He further comments that during the recording of their Trio record he never heard her make ONE mistake in her playing - yeah, having seen her play I can believe that.

Hiromi is my favourite artist and "Time out" is my favourite composition.. so much expression, so much istinct and pure Energy! I've learnt most of harmony so everyday I enjoy playing this masterpiece on my guitar. Thank you for this reaction!

Holy hell, I didn't know anyone reacted to Hiromi. I'm a huge fan of hers, and stumbled onto your channel because of your reaction to Snarky Puppy's Lingus. As soon as I hear you mention Hiromi I knew I had to find your reactions to her. Huge props for actually reacting to her.

Not my favorite version of this song but very close. There is another version from the same year that must be very close in time. Their clothes are the same and the direction of their improve is close. if you have found this then you are close to finding the other. Oh and yes They ARE FANTASTIC. EDIT - I found video titled " Hiromi timeout solo" it is from the other video I was talking about. I Also recommend " Hiromi live in Marciac 2010" especially the 1st and last songs.
