🤝Thank you so much. This is the same radio as Chinese clone the ft7900. As you see, on the circuit board there's a Beken FM radio chip. Try to hold the one of the white button and turn on the radio to having the FM radio on. PS. I ordered the radio too 😂.

You can set a receiver/scanner to the IF frequency. And put the antenna close to the radio. Open lid if necessary.
