Will you do more Hirst arts-videos? I like to craft, and HA is really nice to work with

Thank you for this video, i think this is the best compromise between speed and quality that i have seen so far.

I have been enjoying your channel for a while now. I've been thinking about investing in some hirst arts molds for a while and have been weighing this against buying this outright. This podcast was helpful. I look forward to the future installments.

You should do a few more of these. The craft stuff is fun.

Hey Capt. thanks you for the Hirst Arts review. I'm really jazzed about seeing your dungeon creations. I've been wanting to get into dungeon scape and tile creation for quite some time. I'm looking forward to the next edition of your crafting. Have a Happy New Year!

Great video Capt, we're usually tied to spending most of our time playing projects for Paizo instead of creating terrain; however, these couple of vids made it easier to understand how to pull off Hirst Arts with a more reasonable time expenditure. Keep up the great work!

Got my first HA mold a couple days ago. Time to get crafty! Good inspiration video, thanks.

I would love to see how you use the field stone molds to make dungeons especially that fountain from the intro.

Loved the video and i actually recognized a lot of things in it. I've Been crafting on and off for about a year now and for Xmass my wife got me some molds and hydrostone. Last few days I've been researching. Excited to see what you come up with and to follow along! Liked and subbed :)

Love your channel! Thanks for the tutorial on this. I've been curious about doing 3d dungeon tiles for a while. Unfortunately Castlekits is no longer doing business, as of March! Dang shame since you really hyped them up and I was ready to pounce on a premade kit or two.

Hey, wonderful work man!! I was thrilled to see this was such a recent upload. You're on the facebook group, right? Most of the major pillars of the Hirst community are active there - Bruce even posts himself a couple times a year with news! I'm really looking forward to seeing more videos from you - theres a sad lack of Hirst Arts videos on the 'Tubes.

Also, I'm sorta regretting dropping like 800 on molds over the last years when I see how cheap those casts from Castlekits are....

I love D&D and all but most of my gaming is modern setting (Mutants & Masterminds). I could use something that allows for making modern settings and such.

Unfortunately both sources mentioned to buy from no long exist at those domains. I will have to find another to supplement my own casting.

I like these molds but...if I buy them, they will cost me a lot in shipping (I live in Italy) :( why their shipping cost is so high?

Just to ask, but will you do a red steel or greyhawk review?

Looks like Dungeon Scapes doesn't exist on Etsy anymore. Not sure if they moved or not. I know this video is a bit old but if anyone knows if they've relocated and where to, I would appreciate it.
@captcorajus7 жыл бұрын
They moved their store to Facebook. facebook.com/dungeonscapemt/ I've actually personally contributed a few pieces to them. :D Unfortunately, it looks like castlekits.com has shut down for good.

How did you make your angled wall corners? I have bought a ton of molds but can't seem to figure it out.
@jamisonhaaf7 жыл бұрын
The pieces I'm referring to are shown at 5:39 minutes in this video.

Its a bit tricky. In mold #70 there is a triangle block piece. So, six of those. Then you need three of the 3/4 inch blocks and three of the two inch blocks to create your wall. The tricky part comes when you glue the long side of the triangle to the wall. Its going to 'stick out the back', but this is why I work with plaster rather than resin. I saw off the excess and then carefully sand the edge so it will sit flush with other tiles I put against it. Don't worry, this piece will be one of the first videos I do.

Great video, I actually like the idea of advancing into 3D gaming and you gave me a source to do it....thanks. By the way I wouldn't worry about your videos.....quality over quantity. They are always worth watching and I'm sure you have a life outside of making videos.
@captcorajus8 жыл бұрын
I do! As you can see by my table I've build quite a few things over the last few months, I'm a full time DJ, and I have a family. That said, I wouldn't mind making a bit of more money either. lol

captcorajus It's always great to do the things you love.....keep up the good work. I'm sure you are an inspiration to new, as well as old gamers. Tag your videos with newer editions of DandD and touch a little on Pathfinder and you will probably expand your channel to some of the newer gamers as well as introduce them to older editions and modules. It couldn't hurt and good luck.

I think you did a good job with these, however I want to state my opinion, I personally have no interest in these and would much rather see more of the types of videos you have posted in the past. But If it's just me I guess I'll just wait patiently for those other videos and ignore these.
