I love how Akane's acting was able to help tear down Aqua's walls for a brief moment, and he could finally cry. He's been holding back since Season 1 🥲

This episode is fucking beautiful, they adapted it so well from the manga 😭 Also let it be known that when Aqua was reborn as Ai’s child that was his first time being raised by a biological mother.

I like how everybody's big moment is portrayed with a shine and bright stars, but Aqua's big moment is just portrayed with darkness

It’s also crazy that when he Aqua was still Goro, he had no mother to raise him (at least biologically) that’s why he’s so attached to Ai, he was finally experiencing what it was like to be held by your mother 😭

Responding to your question: yes, Himekawa has really small stars in his eyes. You can see them if you pause whenever his eyes appear beyond his glasses.

11:00 You forget, Kana has ZERO clue that Aqua has such a horrid event in his past. She attributes Aqua's popping off to Akane's performance, when he is actually channeling the torrent and elation he feels from Ai's murder and if she had lived.

6:09 “What do they do exactly?” My take on this is that by sheathing the sword in the scabbard, it’s physically and magically putting away the instrument of hurt and death. Saya means “sword scabbard.” So the character Saya herself took in or absorbed everyone’s hurt to herself, and her actual scabbard had the ability to heal wounds. I don’t know why the other faction knew when her own people didn’t though, lol.

Where do you watch Oshi No Ko bc all sites online shut down and it's not on Crunchyroll? Ah, and I wanted for this moment, while reading manga the scene where the Akanas character is dying and the Aquas character crawls crying towards her was my favorite moment in the whole manga. It touched me but at the same time it was so beautiful
