Don't blame Canada. Blame to those agents to whom you pay the big amount of money for coming in Canada. Local graduates/students are not finding the jobs because of the overwhelming numbers of work permit visas. Because someone from the same country background hired them without any qualifications. You can see in all Tim Hortons, who are working? Tamil community. All restaurants who are working? Indian community. And the rest of the students couldn't find a simple part time job. Very unfair with the locals.
