I feel the same way about Jimin. He is like a Christmas ornament in a Halloween store 😅 Even the other members acknowledge his magic. He is so otherworldly, just an angel sent to amuse and entrap as many hearts as will look his way 😂. Just a damn shame that he gets so much hate which makes no sense. Jealousy is a monster. Keep on loving our precious Jimin, he deserves all the love in the world ❤

Im actually happy you all mentioned MJ because Taj Jackson Michael Jackson nephew saw the Dynamite Video he mentioned Jimin and said that Jimin really does remind him of his Uncle Michael and he appreciates BTS keeping his uncle's Legacy alive. Im a big MJ fan so I stay in tune with Taj Jackson's live streams and Im also subscriber to Taj Jackson other brothers KZbin channel too I was really heartbroken when MJ passed and when I got into BTS Jimin was the one that caught my eye because his dancing and his voice I was so excited when Taj mentioned Jimin.

me too, after he passed I had not ever looked up to another artist. Michael was such a important in my life , growing seeing him made me feel loved, the reason I speak English is because of him, ( portuguse native speaker from Angola), he made an Angolan little girl fall in love with him, in country thorn by war, famine poverty, and disease, there was Michael, being a light for me and many children all over Africa. I hope he knew the light he was and many lives he changed, especially. Last October I found BTS and the more I got know them, I encountered Jimin, immediately reminded of Michael, I felt that love and genuine person, and I,m here experiencing again what Michael had given me through Jimin. I guess genuine artists with unique essence still exist.

The first time I heard Filter and saw Jimin in the video, my jaw dropped. How could he be so suave and debonair, sing like that, and move like that??? And being from Spain, that acoustic guitar with the Spanish rhythm just did it for me. He is so amazingly talented!!! Also, the idea for the dong was his and even though he isn’t credited as one of the songwriters, RM said he had a lot of input in the lyrics as well as in other songs where he came up with the melody or some verses and wasn’t credited either; “Blood, Sweat and Tears”, “DNA”, “Dis-ease”, just to name a few. He’s definitely my bias!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🥰

♦️Jimin said in an interview that he wanted the concept of the song to be to present himself to the world in many different ways! Jimin also said that it's about perspective & prejudices as well!! Aside from saying in the song that I can be anything you (army) want me to be for you, I believe that Jimin is also trying to tell so many army that keep saying things like he's insecure, weak, or helpless, and needs protecting, or just cute or sexy, or just any one thing, whatever army indeed wants to think he is, isn't the real him! That he wears whatever 'filter' that army wants him to be, but indeed in reality is so not him!! That's why army are continually surprised when they see a glimmer of the real Jimin, the way more self assured, demonstrative, take charge, confident, charismatic, alluring, at times sexy, person that kills on stage! So this (pure genius) song, that the CEO 'Hit-Man Bang' (called that since way back when, as a producer, whatever he was involved in became a hit) Mr. Bang Si Hyuk, himself, was actually involved in writing the ever so genius lyrics, that Jimin had a hand in as well. The song's lyrics have more then one meaning!! So Jimin has pretty much been doing this since the beginning, playing the role of whatever army seems to prefer for him, but in actuality, hardly anyone knows the real Jimin! So much more then what many army believe him to be. Plus since Jimin never talks much about all his amazing past achievements, abilities, and accomplishments, even before ever joining BTS, many army are still unaware of so much.

They still practice choreo everyday for a month before concerts before they went off season. 12+ hours a day. K-pop is HEAVILY MJ INFLUENCED BECAUSE IT’S PERFORMANCE ART. WHO IS THE KING/EMPEROR OF PERFORMANCE? MICHAEL JACKSON. I think Jimin’s voice sounds most like MJ in their 2015 breakout hit I NEED YOU. A lot of people don’t know Jimin has three solo songs that were certified gold in the USA LIE, SERENDIPITY full length AND FILTER (Non promoted). LIKE CRAZY HAS BEEN CERTIFIED GOLD AND NOW PLATINUM. The BTS song he leads HOME also RIAA gold certification in the US. He is a gem.
