Thanks for covering the whole video.eagerly waiting for that. It would be more justified to show whole camp as equal in show ☺️. As m not from camp 3. Whom are they and why MLA offered scarf to them as they r not gyakpon or active members of Tibetan settlemnt NGO.

They are committee members selected by SKM acting as a bridge between settlement people and SKM (as MLA have mentioned it in his speech) Hehe I wish I could cover whole dance but as i already mentioned that due to shortage of storage i couldn't . SORRY FOR that
