👍👍 Great review! - I just bought the 55E7N to replace my excellent but dying 5-year-old TCL 43" 4K TV that I've been using as a computer monitor. As such, I never use any SmartTV or WiFi functionality since my computer is Command Central for browsing, etc. The problem with the 55E7N is it automatically boots into Google TV mode before finally switching to my HDMI connection. This mode is painfully slow and seems to stall at the Google TV screen, maybe because I won't let it connect to the home WiFi network. Do you know if there's any way possible to turn off/bypass Google TV/SmartTV mode? Thanks!

usually there is a option in the advanced settings > start with home screen or last used app / input source...

@@TechWatcher Thanks for the quick reply! When I turn on the TV it does eventually automatically change to HDMI 3, that I selected, but it first boots up Google TV which is very slow. I'm looking for a setting to bypass SmartTV/Google TV mode entirely like I've been able to do with my TCL and LG 4k TVs in the past.

Hdr mode Very bad and the game mode, the color of the picture is not beautiful when connected to PC.

first make sure u enable game mode to reduce input lag. disable motion processing colors +10 from default contrast -2 brightness 75, sharpness 0
