@@buenosdias8606 there is nothing wrong with Hisense TV lol. As I explained in the end of the video I bought U7N model. I absolutely love my new TV. Picture even better than on my $2,000 Sony that in the living room. I just do not recommend you buy budget TVs from Hisense. You got to step up your game a bit. Is still going to be cheaper than buying Samsung or Sony for example with a similar features

I have an old 55” Hisense that I purchased about 5 years ago. I recently purchased a 50” Hisense A6 for my wife w/Google TV, and I was immediately jealous. We use Google Home for our home automation along with IFTTT applets to cover our needs. I never used ROKU, FIRETV, or Google TV aside from my wife’s TV and I liked it for the integration. It seems to work fine. Anyway, I want to get the google TV which brought me here. There’s the Hisense A series and QED, very close in price. I just don’t really know the difference. To be honest, the images you showed in your review looked fine to me. Once you start talking arrays and Hz, I kind of gloss over. I did learn a few things, so thank you for that. I’m going to go with it, a 55” QED for $249.

Did you already return it? I bought the 43" size of this TV. I'm upgrading from a 15 yr old 720p Sharp, so its a huge upgrade, and its more than bright enough for my room (I have the backlight at 50/100). My issue is that the TV has bad vertical banding. I only notice it during baseball games and sometimes soccer when the camera is panning horizontally. Running uniformity tests, I can only see the issue on a solid gray screen (especially 50% grayscale). Was wondering if you ever ran a 50% grayscale video on it like from here (kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYmrloh-ZsaMbKc). I should probably return it, but I see people with much more expensive TVs complaining about banding too.
