Yeah definitely run from it. For the few moments i had time to get to the reset in the menu without the tv to auto shut down after 5 seconds on... ive had pressed the factory reset at least 4 times without results but a reboot. Cant uninstall any apps or anything, its just doing "as if" then reboot everything comes back as before deleted. Worst is that there is no physical reset button on that model we bought, sp we litterally threw 800$ in the garbage after 2 years of use. As if 800$ wasnt stolen from us. Would we rent a tv for 2 years it wouldnt have to cost as much. The only reason we bpught it was we thought its as good as the hisense roku but they simply arent as compatible with android o/s than roku's.

I was given this TV, it's a used TV but it's great TV. But when I turn it on the blue screen pops up to say whether or not I have antenna or cable. Though I set up my apps I only use app TV instead of the Wi-Fi and all of that but that blue screen keeps popping up Is there a way to get rid of it. The blue screen that says choose between antenna or cable.

I eventally repeat the process and got it working again and decided to do a system reset this time and after that it was conpletely fked...

Hey do you have an answer if my settings won’t open? I only watch KZbin premium app and it has been sticking stooping cutting etc idk how to explain. I have another same thing and that one is fine no issues. This one is 70” so I need to reset it, but when I click on settings, it won’t open. I may click a few times and it has opened eventually after a very long delay, but since I pressed multiple times it turned off again. Otherwise if I click once and wait, screen goes to sleep. And I can’t even change that because I can’t open settings. Any manual reset? Through remote? Tv itself has no buttons. Thanks either way

I disagree, had mine for over 2 years. It’s easily one of the most amazing image available for the price. My quantum dot, which I got to my garage, holds it’s one to my Sony OLED model and it was a fraction of the price.

I think these tv’s are a pile of rubbish. I will never buy one of these again. If they offered it to me for free I would not take it. So many issues and talk about clunky menus. Hisense has lag written all over them.
