Hello, I happen to have issues on my Hisense AndroidTv as well. It is stuck on the logo like you have but it keeps going off and on on that same logo. I went to Hisense website and look up for the update firmware to download. I typed the serial number as they've ask and downloaded on my windows PC. Since it's zipped, I clicked on extract to a new folder with the tv model. I send it to the USB and follow the instructions as said. I don't know why it didn't work on my TV or maybe I did something wrong, or missed something, but it still does the same thing. I did not see any changes that would install or update anything

I'm doing it right now with o1030. I used a USB converted to fat32 with file and it showed ota message so I clicked arrow up 4 times and rebooted. The update gets to 52% and then resets and repeats nonstop unless I unplug tv and take out USB from tv.

I did this a year ago as well and its has been bootlooping again and more frequently. This is the only smart tv I have had and currently happening to.

Tried the steps and it did everything it was suppose to do. It wiped my tv and installed the update. However when it tried to reboot itself, it shut off after about 30 minutes. This is the second tv to do that. The first did it within 9 months of purchase. They sent someone out to fix it and it didn’t work so they sent me a new tv. That one came broke in the box so they sent me a check for my purchase price. The second did it after 2 years. we did these steps again and Hisense offered to send someone out to try to fix it as a free courtesy, I feel they know these TVs are no good. The problem is the mother board on these tvs. They are no good.

We downloaded the fill, it reached 100 percent then just shut off lol. I had to unplug it to turn back on now it's just stuck on a black screen lol.

Sorry I did not see this. the email that replied to me we -- [e-mail]. -- We are in the process of moving to a new home. This will take about another 3 months unfortunately. Once moved I should have a new studio and a lot more projects to bring the channel. Stay tuned.
