I bought Acer 50 inch QLED and the same thing happened to me (technician's fraud statement) regarding request against our refund. But Acer is good at Picture quality & sound as well but so laggy and remote is not working well, Customer support = 0. other then that TV is fine.

My suggestion is don't go for an unknown brand .. try to stick with premium brand like Sony , lg , Samsung , one plus etc . Every brand has their unique tech . But many new brands are in urge to open their market in India rather than setting up their customer support. Which led to loss for customer money and time . Just imagine you buy a kodak brand new tv, how many service centres are there near you . So remember every worst case scenario and make decisions wisely.

But service nu sonathu not only installation enakum installation within two days la pananga.. but service na edachu prob nu sonna evlo seekiram attend pandranga nu tha soldren, no company makes faulty tv .. some one in hundreds may be faulty but they have to be sure that faulty tv shouldn't be out for delivery. You can check Amazon customer reviews for ur hisense tv especially 1 star rating customers. Exactly bro .. products with irresponsible customer care is a curse .. not even this many customer service providers don't know tamil(regional language) . When you ask them if tamil is available for communication, they are asking us to Converse in English or Hindi since these two are available..
