@@f22fighterjet I overstand that, being that I'm Mexi-Rican myself & I'm both lol, but Mexicans that are descendants of a Spanish-speaking parent or parents, or those born in Mexico are both Hispanic and Latino. You're right with the case of Brazilians who are Latinos too, although they speak Portuguese. The confusion for some may come from our census & the official forms we fill, the labels, so to speak.

Why only hispanic and black month? Are these two the only cultures in America? Would you consider white american month or would you consider that racist? As a hispanic iam tired of the cultural division brought by politicians. There should be only American History month, and let all culture remember their history. Enough with the division.
