The best podcast on histamine intolerance, no one talks about the information mentioned here. Thank you so much I'm sure this will give people hope. And it's absolutely interesting that Histamine issues have spiked since 2020.... Everything you both have said makes sense, it follows logic and the laws of nature. And what's even better this stuff is actually super cheap or even, free. Thanks once again, absolutely love this podcast, I've listened to every episode whilst improving my own health and knowledge base.

Wow that was awesome, and totally new, info to me! I'm curious....would it be more beneficial to soak in a bath of some kind of 'ocean water minerals' rather than epsom salt? If so, do you have a brand you recommend or a recipe to make something like that at home? Or just add sole water to the bath water....? I grew up near the ocean and spent so much time out in the water. I miss that amazing healing feeling from spending a day at the beach.

Do you find that people on a carnivore diet are more prone to not drink enough water? Reason I ask, is that since going carnivore I’ve started having random high histamine issues. Thanks.

Same here. I decided it’s because of eating more high histamine foods but I have learned there’s a dehydration factor to going low-carb. So is it a combination of reasons?

Thanks Ladies! This was very helpful information. I’ve been using the isotonic water and I feel it helped heal, believe it or not, plantar fasciitis. I read where it could be low minerals and it worked. I’ve been doing all the quantum stuff you teach but my only issue I can’t resolve is the nasal congestion. I wake up 2-3 times a night to urinate. I fall back asleep but I know it’s high cortisol. Will your classes address this? Should I take more Quinton?

Could you use the hypertonic solution and just less of it? The salt concentration in the hypersonic is roughly 3.5 times more than the isotonic so could you just use less hypertonics and save money that way since the ampules are so expensive? Like 2 hypertonics would ROUGHLY equal 6 isotonics. Or does that conversion not really work for what we are trying to achieve?

What are your thoughts about exposing drinking water to the Bioptron Quantum Hyperlight (Fullerene C60) light filter and drinking that water? This uses "Hyperlight optics that act as nanophotonic generators that transform vertically linearly polarized light (VLPL) into hyper polarized light with quantum properties." I've used this light therapy for rapid wound healing (inflammation) and it worked rapidly (within days) after one treatment.

I had all these symptoms and Jesus saved me. Gave me the last bit of info I needed and part of it was salt. I had a bartonella infection, similar to Lyme. Matter of fact, I call it "wild lyme". I had autoimmune issues. I cleaned the parasites and fasted 40 days. I couldn't walk. Hadn't slept in my bed for 18 mos due to pain. What these women are teaching is correct. Praise Jesus.

Carrie are you saying you drink 100-150 ml isotonic daily? Or is this something you do once a week or something?
@balance7350
@balance7350 8 ай бұрын
I think she does it daily. Edit: Ok I've watched this about four times and what she does is this... She gets her clients to take 10ml of quinton a day in the morning and slowly build up based on the fact that one quinton isotonic is 10ml She personally takes between 100ml to 150ml a day, so I'm assuming she wants her clients to build theirs up to around this level Then throughout the day, she also drinks two to three litres of water a day which also has added minerals in but not as much as the salty water she knocks back first thing in the morning To make your own quinton Make Sole water - Google it Take 1 tablespoon of sole in a glass and add 19 tablespoons of purified water. Mix and drink the amount you need. I've been doing it for three days and these are my results so far... My period came the next day after not seeing it for three months. Its still very heavy but its early days. I took in 250ml of homemade quinton the first day and didnt bother to build up so that probably why my period came so quickly 😂 My Intersistial cystitis calmed down on the second day. I've had IC for about 22 years. I no longer have the urge to pee 30 times a day and can hold a bladder full of urine without needing to pee it out. I could literally cry about this incredible result which has taken over my whole life especially when I'm out and about I've always had to make sure I'm near a toliet. My stomach is flatter which is strange to me since my tummy has so much water in it throughout the day so I assumed it would look quite big I dont get bloated when I eat vegetables. I think the salt helps increase my stomach acid I'm getting sleepier more quickly, staying a sleep and getting a deeper sleep. I don't wake up between 2pm and 4pm anymore. Even when I was doing the light hygiene work for two months I was still struggling with my sleep. The Itching on my legs which showed up a week ago is gone. It got so bad I genuinly thought it might be bed bugs, I'm so grateful it's not My energy levels and mood is much better I dont know about my Dermagraphia yet because I haven't had a flare up but I'll keep you posted. Please not that prior to this I had been getting am and pm sunlight for 30 minutes each time, I wear a grounding strap, I wear all the correct blue blockers throughout the day including red before bed and I eat a seasonal diet. I think this is why my results came so quickly as the foundations were in a good place. Thankyou very much Carrie and Sarah. What a blessing you both are x

Minerals are nutrients too, and minerals are needed to detoxify. I took the podcast more as 'make sure you aren't missing this important step in your healing journey.' Obviously, there is more to healing than just minerals - as they mention circadian rhythms, adequite protein/fat, movement, stress management, and on.
