I once took a probiotic pill and it made me absolutely psychotic, it was horrifying! I turned VERY aggressive and violent, which is not like me at all. Is this a sure sign of histamine intolerance? I suffer psoriasis and read histamine intolerance can be a trigger for skin problems.

I just started low histamine diet today to see if I have improvement. Also looking into dao supplement. Taking licorice root and specific digestive enzymes.

What are your thoughts on Megasporebiotic? I started taking it but realized there are a couple histamine producing strains in there. Many report insomnia from it.

I am taking Benadryl, what is the replacement for it to keep my gut bio balanced? 😢so itchy unable to sleep and work

Quercetin can be problematic for those with a slow comt, I learned the hard way. I am going to be trying some nettle soon, though. How much of the mega igg would you recommend using?
