Wiki has a decent larger image, so followed along on the map as best I could... utterly fascinating to this map freak... and immediately noticed that it echoes older maps, so was thrilled to learn that its history goes so far back. Now, if only you'd had a pointer to indicate where to look as you spoke of the various historical features! (I found some, but not all, my eye not being trained to how this map works.)
