That's a great question. Scholars of religion (on the academic side) are different from professional religious workers though. But each denomination or fellowship likely has different ways of approaching this in local church settings, if they communicate anything at all regarding this.

What about the shroud that was said caught Jesus’ image probably the impression occurred when He was resurrected? Isn’t that evidence?

If you're referring to the Shroud of Turin, it first appeared in the 1300's and has been scientifically dated to that time period. It is historical evidence in that it demonstrates that people in Europe believed in the resurrection of Jesus in the 1300's.
