The missing elephant in the room is that while English law is Common Law and Equity, while the rest of the world uses Roman Civil Law (codified law) today the Law and Equity courts are Roman Civil Law courts where the charges are always Code violations and that Admiralty which only applies to acts on the Seas has been brought to the land un lawfully, and in rem actions (means Admiralty) against the "Thing", the "res" or rez is not stated as the form of law but is being applied (civil asset forfeiture is an in rem proceeding). Bouvier said it Law is always from a superior to be applied to an inferior and the first superior is always recognized as God. SO ...thou shalt not steal and thou shalt not bear false witness are the 2 commandments all countries violate in the practice of slavery against the people. No man has property rights today, the state claims they can take property without restitution and without cause.
