Many Illyrian names are used today in Albania, like Agron, Teuta etc. 8. Skanderbeg, the hero of Albania in 15th Century, claimed that Albanians came from Pirro and Illyrian Kingdom. 9. The days Thursday (e enjte) and Friday (e premte) in Albanian are named after the Illyrian Gods Enji and Prende. Albanians were the Illyrian cap 'Pilis' until today (called Plis) and worship the sun in ceremonies (Albanian fire ceremonies).

Why every thing should have origin in Greece? Wasn't possible for the illyrians to invent them by themselves? Maybe it was the other way around. Maybe the Greek copied the illyrian helmet. The illyrian helmet didn't have a padding but the Greek one had. The reason is simple. The illyrians wore the padding all the time it was and is still called qeleshe. The Greek version needed improvement because the Greeks don't use qeleshe on their daily routine. Since the earliest items were found in illyrian territories I think the Greeks saw a good idea and as usual stole it and proclaimed as their invention. I'm just saying.
