This movie deserves a 4K/Blu-Ray remaster for its 30th anniversary. It's only right and the film/musical was ahead of its time.

Literally! It wasn't aired in its home country (my country) for years after that official release. And by the way, I'm one of the ppl who memorized that speech Rholihlaha made. U know him as Nelson Mandela.

Thanks for the update on some of the notable characters in Sarafina , the film that is still fresh & enjoyable . educative, inspirational to most youthful generation to rise up courageously for their rights with hope & unwaivering support and guidance as roleplayed by Masambuka .

@tonyheather-noon52914 жыл бұрын
@@100zerubabel I disagree, it is South Africans that failed Madiba, with our fighting and killing and corruption and destruction, we are why SA is the way it is, all of us, no matter what religion or color or age or class. We are the ones who make enemies of ourselves constantly blaming and never building anythign prosperous. This land could lead the world, but its easier for us here to rather fight each other. We are a country of fighting sheep being led to the slaughter house, each one arguing why they deserve to be here more, all the while the chain gets tighter around all of our necks. Cry the beloved country..
