عمر بن عبدالعزیز رحمہ اللہ علیہ نے ایک دن ( عصر کی ) نماز میں دیر کی، پس عروہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تشریف لے گئے، اور انہوں نے بتایا کہ ( اسی طرح ) مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ایک دن ( عراق کے ملک میں ) نماز میں دیر کی تھی جب وہ عراق میں ( حاکم ) تھے۔ پس ابومسعود انصاری ( عقبہ بن عمر ) ان کی خدمت میں گئے۔ اور فرمایا، مغیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ! آخر یہ کیا بات ہے، کیا آپ کو معلوم نہیں کہ جب جبرائیل علیہ السلام تشریف لائے تو انہوں نے نماز پڑھی اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی نماز پڑھی، پھر جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے نماز پڑھی تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی نماز پڑھی، پھر جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے نماز پڑھی تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی نماز پڑھی، پھر جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے کہا کہ میں اسی طرح حکم دیا گیا ہوں۔ اس پر عمر بن عبدالعزیز رحمہ اللہ نے عروہ سے کہا، معلوم بھی ہے آپ کیا بیان کر رہے ہیں؟ کیا جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نماز کے اوقات ( عمل کر کے ) بتلائے تھے۔ عروہ نے کہا، کہ ہاں اسی طرح بشیر بن ابی مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے والد کے واسطہ سے بیان کرتے تھے

@@namannagaich2267 Even the word hindu or Hinduism doesn't exist at the time of Alexander , Greeks historians write the people who lived on the east side of sindhu river Indians and named the sindhu ,indus ( from where the word India came from) After the arrival of Islam , the Arabs used the term hindus for the people living across the indus river and from there the word hindusim came from. if my ancestors were so called hindos ,buddist or jains , what i have to do with them , I'm proud to be a Muslim , even before the birth of sanatan dharma your so called hindusim , our ancestors followed some kind of another belief
