The idea that she can withstand blows from superman and wonder woman actually makes a lot of sense. Superman is weak against magic, and considering that cheetah is a magical being. It makes sense that he wouldn't be able to really hurt her.

Seemed they tried to cram too much into one movie. They could’ve and probably should’ve saved her for the 3rd movie and just focused on Maxwell Lord for this movie. But yea I’m surprised with how fast she is too. I knew she was fast because she’s a magic-based human cheetah hybrid, but faster than some of the speedsters like Godspeed and black Wally West?? Didn’t see that coming at all. Hopefully they bring her back for the 3rd movie and redeem her.

@@akilbrazier1421 There is no way she can get redeemed after this pile of crap. First off Kristen whatsherface was brutal in every sense as the character. I dunno what they were thinking bringing her on. The only way it can be redeemed, is wait 10 years, so ppl forget and start fresh, with a story that has purpse and an ultimate ending. Stars wars blew it in that manner as well, but that was one of the worst letdowns in modren day cinema....WW deserved an epic film, shes been one of the best in comics for decades, esp some of the comics of recently.

@@Orieus I disagree about her not being able to be redeemed. We’ve seen it happen before. I thought Kristen *Wiig acted well in the role but the way the character was written was kind of off. Plus, like I said, she probably didn’t need to be in this movie. I personally didn’t think she was ALL bad though. But hey that’s the thing about opinions.

Basically a group of villains protect a group of children from the zombies (in a similar sense to the Suicide Squad, except they’re doing it willingly, and without the neck bombs). In the story, Cheetah befriends a young girl who refers to Cheetah as “Good Kitty,” which ends up causing Cheetah to soften up and act more heroically.

8:10 that actually makes quite a bit of sense! fur naturally a really good protection against blunt force, which is why very few animals rely on that to do damage, instead relying on piercing, slashing, or crushing type attacks, which are much more effective against fur. This being a supervillain, it would make sense that when that gets amped up to 11, it ends up with her being durable against kryptonian strikes but not against bullets

I watched Angry Joe's reaction to the WW84 trailer which he considered Cheetah a C-list villain and wondered why they even bothered with her. I couldn't disagree more but hey, to each their own. I consider Maxwell Lord a bigger C-lister if not D-lister as very few would notice him by appearance or even name. I only know him as the dude WW snapped the neck of XD.

Well, that got retconned a while ago. recent issues displayed her bouncing off bullets of her body. there is also multiple versions that are immune to such attacks. Cheetah's claws are MAGICAL and hence can pierce WW's skin

I have a theory about cheetah being able to hold her own against wonder woman but is vulnerable to lasers and see bullets: characters of wonder woman and superman strength has been timeless while weapons that can harm her were made in later times so since she was all time indestructible the latest in weapons could hurt or kill her(like when buffy hit a ancient demon with a rocket launcher when no other weapon was supposed to destroy him) that's my theory
