2000 U320 and love it. To me nothing else compares with the amount of features it provides for a 24 year old coach.

It’s too bad they didn’t continue down the path they were on during those years. There is still a giant hole in the market between a Prevost or Newell and all of the other production coaches. A safe coach with simple systems would sell.

It looked like they had a prototype at the Tampa show. But it was in the S2RV chassis. If Foretravel proceeds, hopefully the use a better chassis (M2 like Newmar or the Cascadia).

Retired police off from Iowa State University and back in the late 80's or early 90's Foretravel had a owners rally in Ames, Iowa. What a wonderful and friendly group of people.

Andrew - Your videos have continued to improve over the last couple of years. I watch them all from beginning to end. Congratulations to you! Thanks for coming to East Texas and doing this story on Foretravel. I live about 30 miles from Nacogdoches and I always wanted to tour the factory. Thanks to you…I have. Also appreciate your doing this video on the history of Foretravel. Keep up the good work!

Andrew, this is one of my favorite videos that you’ve ever done. I love rv history and this is such an impressive company and I love that it is still privately held but I’m guessing that will probably change in the near future. Those are beautiful and very impressive coaches. Great video!

Great video Andrew !! It looks like the owners care about the product they are building and seem very humble about there success. Wish there were more companies with thier attitude. You seem to have a nack of finding genuine people that care about the RV industry. Thank you Andrew.

Those first motorhomes entering the traditional campgrounds at that time must have been quite the sight and experience. They have come a long way from their roots but I would like to see Foretravel produce units like the 37' that the owner has or a 40' with a tag so that Foretravels can once again fit into and enjoy the state parks and national parks that limit size. Considering the popularity of the shorter luxury diesel pushers like the Newmar New Aire and Tiffin Allegro Bus 35, there is certainly room for Foretravel in that segment to compete on price and quality. Especially since Foretravel is still privately owned and would stand apart from the corporate ownership of Winnebago and Thor.

When I started following you 2019/20ish Foretravel was doing some Prevost conversions but don't see them around anymore. The owners must really be holding on to them because I never see any for sale in the used market. Great video content Andrew keep them coming!

Wonderful video, Andrew and Team! Videos like the Foretravel series deserve more views. So much valuable new information and amazing videography. If I were in the market, Foretravel is making a very strong arguement versus an older Prevost or Newell on a dollar value basis. I love learning about the history, and it would be interesting for you do similar overviews for other manufacturers. Thanks for adding some variety to the channel, hopefully it will appease those who claim to not like the Motorcoach Store videos. Personally, I enjoy the Motorcoach Store videos and they make a lot of sense. Where else can you find so many high quality motorcoaches to film along with an honest organization? It also makes the economics of operating your channel better with reduced travel. Good luck going forward and keep doing what you're doing. Each video gets better and better!

Indeed, Foretravel is one of the last Mohicans in the RV industry. I like this premier RV channel to stick to it's original vision. I want less of promos to the dealership in Florida. Excellent interviews. Thanks Andrew, keep it up 😊.

Agree with your thoughts on Foretravel. A very compelling product. This was a nice change, but the Motorcoach Store videos are a great value for us subscribers. It allows us to see more high quality coaches on a frequent basis. There are only so many coaches beong produced by Liberty, Newell, etc. so we get more videos by seeing the used market. I think with the occasional visit to Oregon Premier RV, Liberty, Newell, Featherlite / Epic, and owner reviews the channel has a decent mix.

Nice hearing their story. The front is so boxy and flat, I like the Country Coach much better. Also I like the booth seating and I don’t see that in Foretravel. Have you done a video test drive yet? How does it compare to Country Coach 2007 or newer Magna’s?

They need to get their technology up to par. Eliminate generators, embrace solar and lithium like Liberty. Upgrade the look as well & style it is super out dated. They can do it. They just need the want. Manufactures spend way too much time and effort on “chassis”. CHASSIS is done it’s time to innovate and be unique not safe. Grandpa was not “safe” starting the company and being “safe” will put you out of business.
