Akhil you are lucky to get such a great guest on your podcast. The loudness of your voice due to closeness to the mic was overpowering the guest's voice. Nevertheless, always a treat to listen to Professor Pant

Prof pant is a mahasagar of knowledge on the chapter of food of india but to me it felt like the host lost opportunity to ask good questions. He largely agreed with the prof on everything and only asked cliched questions. The host needs to improve his knowledge to ask better questions. Pantji ironically left out pahadi pandits who are known to eat meat while listing out the pandits who eat non veg food.😂

You need to improve yourself when you take an interview. You intrupt the flow a lot and you don't have to say Ji after every sentence. It is respectful but you are doing a podcast. Do not inrupt the speaker.... An opportunity wasted!
