I first found out about Peacemaker when The Comedian from Watchmen is based off of him. Good thing I discovered more details before John Cena was casted as him in The Suicide Squad. I don't think Peacemaker is a normal human being. In the opening scene of the Peacemaker HBO Max series, the doctor said that he was shot in the neck and the whole building collapsed on him but he still managed to stay alive. So, he does have Superhuman strength and durability.
