Oooo there's surprisingly quite a lot! There's Imperial vs Renegade Daleks, there's the Civil War mentioned in this video, there's Paradigm Daleks vs children of Davros, The Dalek Emperor vs Dalek Zeg, Dalek Empire vs Humanised Daleks and I'm sure there's more that's just off the top of my head haha. Usually it comes down to disputes over the purity and survival of original Dalek DNA or simply Dalek egos. Great question :)
