What is Stanley based on specifically? Because his real life base, the Austin I, was built in 1932.

@donald9douglas10production8 First of all, according to the wiki, he is not based on that locomotive. Besides, in my timeline, he is a manning wardle saddle locomotive, one of many they produced over the years.
