I knew Vienna was the capital of the Austrian empire, but I never knew there was so much history behind it, Great Video!

Fantastic overview in less than 10 minutes! (Although at 5:43 you wrote “for all intensive purposes” regarding the old Roman sewer system, when the correct phrase is “for all intents and purposes” but minor detail). Thanks for making a fun watch, subbed to your channel!

Great video! Vienna has always been one of my favourite cities. But, I'm wondering, have you ever planned on doing a video on the history of Dubrovnik ( and the Republic of Ragusa). The city has a really rich history and as a Croat I'd love to see you make a video about it because your content is great! Cheers :)
@Hawke006 жыл бұрын
@@MLaserHistory Thanks for the fast response! Yes, I did catch that. Many croatian cities have good history, but I feel like Dubrovnik has the best one. It has been attacked many times (last time was in 1991 during the Yugoslav wars), is one of the roots of croatian culture and the Republic of Ragusa was really powerful from my understanding. I'll be waiting!

Very nice video, one small correction: You showed the Rathaus as an example of golden age baroque times building, however it is one of the Ringstraßen buildings you later referd to. Better example would have been the Belvedere palaces.

Geez. Imagine if these leaver points went more in Czech-Slovak favours. 1. Bohemia not only getting Moravia but Nitrava (western Slovakia) 2. It would not lose control over Austria AND Slovenia. 3. It would not lose Selislia. This on its own would be equitable to Austria Hungary... but not Austrian, Nor Hungarian. And what's more... majority of the citizens would be led by a familiar culture...
