I was wondering when one of the guys from men at arms would be on this show. Great to see it was Ilya!

Ilya's a master. not at all surprised he won and he deserves it. That guy can forge anything.

Imagine how embarrassing it would have felt coming home to his fellow bladesmiths who won their turn in Forged in Fire The round is very advantageous to Ilya and his expertise tho but Michael just was able to do atleast the minimum

to be fair this is barely a contest... ilya is alot better than the judges themselves. this is the equivalent of a math student trying to score points higher than a professor.

What episodes were the other bladesmiths in? I’ve tried googling but it always bring up Ilya

Not only is Ilya's shield a solid build, but also a work of art! Wouldn't expect anything less from the legend himself.

Ilya’s most concern was the “easiest test” lmao the kill test.

I think Ilya's experience is huge enough to win any blacksmith competition.

Well after all the Men At Arms videos I knew Ilya wouldn't let us down.......I would be scared to go up against him

Ilya really is a true artist. He knows all the knowledge too. Great stuff.

I'd love to see his shield combined with that gauntlet sword.

Ilya's spiked shield and integrated gauntlet was fantastic looking. Take blows, deliver a spike attack, or heck suckerpunch the hapless sod!

Would have loved to see Ilya go up against someone like Ricardo. That would be a really cool pairing

i love ilya's shield, he is clearly the more experienced one. the shield has a metal clenched fist sticking out that can be used to blow some chains at the attacker. really creative, im glad he won
