A very good video! I had heard of that case before but with a twist. The focus was on the right of the jury to annulment rather than to the right to have a Jury at all. I learned a lot.

Topical again. Will be interesting to see the results of the prosecution of Trudi Warner - is it jury tampering to let juries know of their rights?

It is definitely not. Hopefully the judges understand this.

The case seems to have been a lot more dramatic that is enacted here.

Trial by Jury is Trial by Jury, so called Bench Judges or more accurately Jury Convenors should not interfere with the Juries verdicts, ..

A heroic tale with 17 views and 4 likes, thus far. We have inherited the luxury of taking our "rights" (and our democracies) for granted.

Jury tampering? What about government interference with judges? What makes them infallible, or even even more-than-ordinarily perceptive? Would you give up your right to a fair trial by jury for a promise that a robed and wigged stranger will always do the right thing?
