How do you get it adjusted because it’s too tight when you got it all the way down you can feel it dragging.. Cause I only can pull it up one notch and that’s as far as her go

You’ve over tightened it. You have to work with it to get a feel for the tightness. I suggest backing it off 1 full turn then checking the handle.
