Each individual presentation of content, the two videos and the text, are good stuff but I think that put together they distract from one another. Also, in order to fit in everything each presentation is so small that it's hard to read or watch.

Remember, these videos are primarily for the 'check in desk'. This video answers the questions most often asked (by members) to the staff working the counter. Also, be sure you're viewing at its "HD" setting. "Context" is the key to understanding.
