It's even worse since a lot of people complained about the state of adult animation. Like they hate the constant shows of sitcoms and wished for something different, and when a genuinely unique adult animated show that isn't a sitcom came out, no one talks about it. Hit Monkey is what western adult animation should strive for, but the audience that yearn for it will not noticed this show exists unless it was cancelled for lack of viewership. I really hope it can get a season 3, and hopefully more people get wind of the show.
