Could you please make a video on how to use the sidearm (roboarm) club and eliter level. This will be very helpful during practice sessions.

Hello, been using it for a while now and works great once you are comfortable with it! I started using a less stiff more felxible sidearm as that throws a lot easier(but slower). Once comfortable I started using leverage roboarm. The product works betterafter a couple werks of use, plastic gets bit softer this will help. Furthermore adjust setup at start where the cup of the roboarm is pointed more upwards(as you would adjust for throwing yorkers), I found this setting easier to throw with @ start. Then progressively shift the ball-holder-cup downwords as you get the hang of it(this will generate more speed). Just keep practising with it! After while the product would be a bit looser and you will become comfortable throwing it. I can throw it accurately @ almost 140kmph PS; for youre action when throwing use something in between a bouling and throwing action. You want youre release point nice and high to generate extra bounce. Also dont stop in youre throwing action go through with the sidearm and really THROW IT! Hope this helps!

I think you have problem with head. Your head should be still and should not move much. Facing fast bowler should be easier if you remove the anxiety as well. just do some meditation at home with dark room and just one lentil ( dipak )... increase your focus more. have confident.

Try to find gaps and rotate strike. Dont look for boundaries all the time. As an opener you have the liberty of getting easy runs once you clear the circle. Its obviously difficult against good pacers but you can try and counter attack by just trying to clear the circle at the start.

one correction, longest recorded six in cricket history is by Brett lee - 143 meters at Gabba against West Indies, shahid afraid hitting 153 meters is a hoax created by fanboys there is no recorded proof of it.
