Great hunt! Massachusetts here! I knew that was Portuguese as soon as I saw the crest. I am Portuguese and have found a few Portuguese coins from the 1800s and 1900s here also. Beautiful CSA button!! 😍 love that Spanish also! Wicked happy hunting!

I would love to dig in that soil. That sandy soil is great for digging and preserves the relics. Congratulations would love to see that area back in early 1800s. I always say I would love to go back in time so I could see we're things were to come back and detect them. Just a dream!!! I'm in north Alabama were its rocky and makes digging hard.

Have you tried the reaper or viper coil yet?

Yes, I've used both. Viper is good for a more trashy site. Reaper gets little more depth but it's heavy to use for searching miles of land lol.

I think maybe you're the magnet for all those good finds! I hope someday I can find me one of those amazing coins. I could only imagine what it must be like to hold those coins in your hand, knowing that they are hundreds of years old, and a story one can only speculate, as to how it got where it was, and how long it stayed in the ground, just for you to find it!. What a cool feeling that must be. A bit like the finding the needle in the haystack too, I bet. It sure is fun to watch you finding so many things. It will mostly be for coin and relic hunting. I really like the Z-Lynk duo with the AT Max and AT Pointer but the Equinox has more recent technology and seems more comfy to use. As for budget I can go as high as 1500$. Which one would you say is the best option for reliability and ease of use?
