I personally get around the Goku vs Merged Zamasu contradictions by pointing out how little Zamasu would take Goku seriously until Goku pisses him off and Goku had to break his body like Tien just to win the beam clash. Also with Infinite Zamasu it would make sense that he's only got the power of Future Zamasu and lost Black's part of the equation when Trunks destroyed his body.

Hit probably wins... his abilities are hax, and he's always been kept in check by having to fight non-lethally. If he's allowed to just do a time-skip heart stopper... one-shot.

IMO this comes down to if we’re taking the manga canon or the anime canon, because if it’s the anime Hit 100% wins, if it’s the manga GB probably wins. I personally use the anime.

They just got stronger. It's a common theme in dragon ball. Although it's basically a focused on plot point in the namek saga the most, dragon ball super has character's just get exponentially stronger mid fight to even greater extents. That's why you keep seeing so many back and forths of villain and main characters absolutely trashing each other.

@@The_Andromeda_Galaxy if that’s the case; it should at least be built up and made to make sense. Vegeta and Goku were getting trashed by Goku Black before he fused with Zamasu. Then solo goku overpowers fused zamasu!!! That’s like Gohan getting destroyed by Goku Blue and then Goku fuses into Vegito who is like 100x stronger and then Gohan (with the same transformation prior) somehow manages to overpower Vegito! Do see how illogical that sounds? There was no new transformation unlocked or any explanation to this either. It’s really just bad writing and a large plot hole backed up solely by plot armor.

Gonna have to disagree, im gonna say black stomps. Whis states that Hit's skills only work on opponents that are near or below his level. Hence why goku post revival and jiren werent affected and overpowered Hit. Black with his scythe was stronger than Post Time Chamber SSB Vegeta and SSB Goku. After the zenkai he got from black beating him up earlier. This would easily put him above u6 tourney ssbkkx10 goku and he was more or less equal to Hit Even then, Black knows what Hit can do. He is Zamasu, and zamasu watched goku vs hit on GodTube, which the reason he takes gokus body. All Black has to do is avoid shots to his vital points and he should beat Hit pretty easily.

He watches in the anime as well, and they watched the entirety of their fight even the "climax" as referred to by gowasu which would most likely be kkx10 goku vs hit. 3. A Goku days after the end of the black arc rematched hit, and destroyed his pocket dimension in ssb alone. That would mean he got at bare MINIMUM 10x stronger and probably more since he said hit got stronger too and he still didn't need kaioken. Now imagine the boost Vegeta would get from the time chamber. He would put u6 tourney Hit on his ass and Black was still stronger than him. Black > Hit, meaning most of Hit's attacks would be nullified AND goku black knows what to expect. Even if he didnt, I highly doubt wouldn't be able to figure it out since dyspo and jiren figured it out without knowing.

Hit vs Jiren, Hit vs Dyspo, Hit vs Goku and the rematch still prove Hit's techniques work on people at or below his level. That's why he beat the shit outta vegeta and that one mob boss dude 2. That scene literally did happen, episode 57 3. If Goku can fight an opponent he needed a 10x power boost to contend against without the 10x power boost means he grew 10x from the tourney to the rematch. Even more of a boost since his opponent got stronger too. Vegeta in the Time Chamber would have a tremendous boost in power.

And goku can be argued to do what he did due to being so fast he was also jumping into the future with hit Idc about goku in the hit rematch as that goku would body goku black completely idk why you brought him up

Big problems 1. Zamasu watched the Hit fight in the first tourney so he heard Goku explain how to get around Time Skip 2. You showed initial Rosé Black being considered the strongest outside Beerus which cliffs both amped Hit and KKx 10 Blue Goku Copy Vegeta arc also confirms both Saiyans surpassed that in Blue anyway 3. Goku could stop the invisible ki blasts with ki of his own. So the way I see it Round 2 Hit is the good fight U6 Hit dies And ToP Hit might struggle at first since Dyspo washed him, but adapts and bonks quickly

You're forgetting the obvious point here. Predicting where Hut will attack is easier said than done. On top of that, this guy can improve his own techniques and get stronger as the battle goes on. Not to mention Hit literally states "It doesn't matter how strong you are. Take anymore Hits to your vital areas and you will die" Goku Black won't be fast enough to stop all those attacks. As for those invisible attacks of his, the only reason Goku was able to stop it was because Hit used that on him to kill him before. So he knows to watch out for it...or at least know it's gonna come at any moment. Hit never used that technique in the Tournament at all so Black would have no knowledge on it. To make matters worse, this guy can create duplicates of his own energy to trip people up, so they won't know where he is. Goku thought that Hit was hiding behind and a rock and said "OK Hit. I know you're there. Now come out and face me." Only for the camera to pan out and show us that Hit was behind him the entire time, letting us viewers know that he could have killed Goku at any given moment if he wanted to. In fact, the only reason Goku knew he was behind him is because Hit raised his energy a little, to let Goku know that he could have take him out 5 times over if he wanted to but he didn't. Instead, he decides to give him an ultimatum: Either, he walks away now and goes into hiding and he tells his "client" that he has killed him. Or he tries taking him on and reunites with Grandpa Gohan, Bardock and Gine. We all know what choice Goku made after that.

@@Velocity_YT If Goku can do it while objectively inferior to Goku Black as shown in their many fights, Black can do it especially after SEEING Hit's tricks in action. Only round 2 and ToP tricks will be effective, and time cage is too risky. Okay, he was wrong. Vegeta proceeded to take more hits to his vital points. And Granolah, who's even better at it, still had to blast through vital areas to really do anything. He would be, he'd blitz Hit and if anything adapts faster. No idiot, the only reason it killed him was because Goku had specifically planned for it and had the instant counter of just using his ki to undo the damage. Then he proceeds to stop them WITH KI BLASTS. Goku also took like a hundred more and his durability didn't get bypassed meaning that was just him lowering his power. Hit would have no ability to hide from Black unless he also like ran away to try finding a hiding spot to use the move so that trick is useless. And then Hit's attacks get dodged and Goku just adapts to them, despite being way inferior in adaptation to Goku Black. A massively stronger and faster Hit too. U6 Hit just dies, there's no way around it. He just gets blitzed and killed.

He literally hid from Goku twice and Goku couldn't find him at all. This guy literally made a duplicate of his energy that was placed behind a rock and Goku thought that was him. Where in actuality, Hit was behind him the entire time. Not to mention that it literally showed later on that hit can create multiple duplicates of his energy to trip people up and make them think that he's everywhere when he really isn't. Lastly, you literally see him hide inside his pocket dimension near the end of the battle. Plus, you even see him using phantoms to evade goku's attacks effortlessly. Not to mention that Hit can make his attacks that are invisible come from a different direction all together and Goku black has no way of sensing that at all. Lastly, you have to remember that Goku Black is not Goku! The reason why Goku was able to predict everything that Black was doing is because he is the type of person to push beyond his limits to get stronger. Goku Black on the other hand is willing to take short cuts in order to meet his goal. And that's why Goku Black loses.
