So who would be the best player in Antarctica
@samuelschonenbergerАй бұрын
@@gejamugamlatsoomanam7716 Well with Fifa rules, what makes you eligible is if you were born in the country, a parent or grandparent was born in the country or if you lived in the country for,I believe it was 5 years as a child or 10 years overall. While Antartica is not Fifa affiliated we could still apply those rules to find the best footballer. The last one is hard to check but there have been 11 people born in Antartica. So the best current footballer out of them, their children and their grandchildren would most likely be the best footballer from Antartica accoding to fifa rules. It's obviously a bit harder to find out, who all those people are and what they do but I am going to guess that none of them is a professional footballer. That said most of them are of Chilean and Argenine origin, so the liklihood that some of them have played some football at some point in their lives, even if not in an organized competition, is decently high.

They used to be a significant force in South American football, regularly qualifying for World Cup's and appearing in the top 20 of the world rankings. Sorry but Vargas choice is outrageous he isn’t even in the top 5, Paulo Diaz being a leading centre back for title winning River Plate, Alexis Sanchez who is still a quality player if you watched him at Inter and still plays in the top 5 leagues are already much better then Vargas who is more of a nuisance in play then anything else. Osorio and Brereton are also better at the current moment. Not sure what inspired this choice but hey just my opinion

Suazo and Maripan as well comfortably
@mapas720Ай бұрын
Came just to write this. Everyone is baffled by the fact that Gareca continues to call Vargas to the National team and play him as a sole striker. We like him, he was great, but now he is nothing but a reminder that we used to be good (even if he scored a really lucky goal against Bolivia). Brereton is playing really below his level and lost his place on an awful Saints team but is still better. Osorio has ghosted on the NT but at least is doing really well on Midtjylland even scoring on the EL, and finally Gabi Suazo and Maripan are at least rotation options on top 5 leagues (France and Italy respectively). I like Alfie, but this was a really bad take lol

To be honest, none of Chile players are either performing or have the skill necessary to perform for the national team. Can you make a video explaining the Man City case so far? Specifically about them “winning a case”.
@ApeOfMyIdealАй бұрын
In short, they didn't, although City's full court PR attack since the verdict might have convinced a few they did. City wanted the tribunal to find the APT regulations within the new PSR regime to be an illegal restraint of trade under UK commercial laws. That 100% didn't happen. In fact, the tribunal judged that not including Associated Party transactions in the new PSR framework would amount to creating an opportunity for clubs to artificially inflate incomes. Now, here's where the confusion lies, and where City have succeeded in sowing some confusion about the outcome; on 2 of 25 arguments City made to try get the APT regulations overturned, the Tribunal agreed that there was enough merit in the argument to find the related regulations within the APT framework were "unlawful". Now, unlawful doesn't mean "illegal". For something to be "illegal" means it is contrary to existing law. For something to be "unlawful", means that it is not protected or insured by existing law. In other words, the tribunal found that on two points of argument, relating to how market value is determined and whether shareholder loans could be considered APT under the new regulations, there was sufficient (or deficient, as the case may be) doubt as to the legality of those particular clauses to leave them open to legal challenge on those grounds. City insist, or are trying to leverage confusion most likely, this means that the entire framework is "Unlawful" and therefore needs to be renegotiated. The Premier League, on the other hand, are pointing to the fact that the tribunal actually asserted the necessity for the new PSR rules to cover ATP activities, and the fact that City actually lost the argument that the ATP rules amounted to restraint of trade, and concluded that the two rules in question merely need improvement and clarification, and legally... The Premier League is correct. City, on the other hand, having lost their main argument, are trying to turn their two minor wins on the "unlawful" aspects of the APT rules into a post-hoc victory, via PR.
@SilliusSodusАй бұрын
@@ApeOfMyIdeal understand a little better, thanks ☺️
@ApeOfMyIdealАй бұрын
@@SilliusSodus yeah, it's a little bit confusing, mostly because that's exactly what City's legal team are going for at the minute; they want some smoke and noise thrown up O that when the outcome is discussed at the next EPL meeting, they can apply pressure to get more clubs on their side. The TLDR is that City wanted ATP entirely thrown out and determined to be illegal. This didn't happen, even remotely. But two of the points they raised surrounding the administration of FTP and whether it's scope should be broadened to include shareholder loans were considered to have legal merit by the tribunal, who then advised the Premier League to alter those particular regulations to make them "lawful", or, another way of looking at it, to tighten them up so that no one can sue, basically.
