Correction: before Pep took charge at Bayern, they had reached 3 CL finals int he previous 4 years, winning one of them. Pep took them backwards. He has also massively underachieved with City in the CL. And with Barca he had arguably the greatest team every assembled so it doesn't really matter what he did there.
