Evan McLellan Manchester United is the biggest club in the world and have the most financial resources in football apart from maybe PSG and man city. They will eventually get a competent coach that the board will back before 2030. Liverpool has had mediocre financial resources up until recently and Liverpool coaches had to scrape by with bargain purchases and frugal spending (which is why only 1 or two coaches before klopp were successful) Arsenal won’t win a league however, their ownership is complete crap and their board sucks. They might have a small chance if all the big teams falter like how they did in 2015-16.
