Hitech city in Hyderabad foundation laid by congress Government later CBN in ruling continues the same and NO development done except cyber towers. After KTR only Hyderabad developed like America. Iam a resident of Hyderabad I saw CBN 10years ruling at that time no huge buildings towers or skyscrapers in Hyderabad and at that time CBN doesn't even know proper English. Let you check in Google CBN English speaking in 2005 2010

Building foundation&some floors on it requires planning. Adding more floors is only continuity. This is not limited to one building but to the whole city. After CBN, everyone's contribution is there upto KCR, at the same time accept the failures also like Kaleswaram. No such enormous loss took place in combined state time.
